We are hiring four Student Assistants, to support and empower the various functions under Corporate Affairs. As a student assistant you will not only work closely with the existing workforce, but you will also work together with the other student assistants in a tight group, to support each other and to form new ideas and ways of working. Help us not only with the every day tasks, but also to foster a brand new student assistant culture in Corporate Affairs - based on competence, teamwork, versatility and good spirit.
In Corporate Affairs we intend to build a team, not only in the office but also outside. You will join a team, but each of you will be responsible for a delegated function, but can expect support from your fellow students and the larger Corporate affairs team. – see and apply for the available positions below:
Training & Awareness
We are looking for two student assistants with an interest in impacting the culture in GN, helping with the process of developing and implementing effective training material, and increasing overall awareness. You will be responsible for creating training material and awareness campaigns, apply these both live and to our electronic training management systems. You will furthermore conduct participation follow-up and support employees in their quest to be compliant. Your tasks include responsibility for creative awareness campaigns aimed at different cultures, business needs and competencies – with the use of various internal and external tools like, e-learning, videos and posters.
You will, together with your fellow Student Assistant, cover the areas Risk & Compliance and Information Security & Data Privacy and you will have to possibility of making your mark on the GN’s compliance training universe.
Risk & Compliance
Do you have an interest in Enterprise Risk management, and compliance? Making sure GN continues a strong tradition of doing things right.
The Risk and Compliance team is looking for one student to help the Risk and Compliance managers, conducting increasingly complex Risk assessments and reporting, to prepare both executive management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders to make the best informed decision for the company. As well as ensure solid procedures for mitigation and controls. This includes Risk reporting, compliance third party screenings and audits.
Information Security & Data Privacy
If you have an interest in Information Security and Data Privacy our team is looking for one student to help with information security and data privacy overview, follow up on compliance with standards, assist in automating compliance assessments and prepare assessments and reports for both executive management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
The positions are expected to be ideally 15 hours per week. To create a solid student office with strong co-operations and a sense of belonging we expect all students to join us in Ballerup 1-2 days a week to reap the full benefits of the student office and really learn from peers and co-workers. But we do understand the need for flexibility so some remote work will also be possible.
Most importantly, you are motivated by learning new skills, systems, products and processes, and you are curious about our organization. You should have a good general understanding of IT as well as good social and people skills, so that you can communicate well with a wide array of people internally. Lastly, you have some personal stamina and are not afraid to push your – and the team’s - agenda even if people are reluctant and you strive to deliver quality work in all you do.
We imagine that you:
- You are studying multimedia design, communication, digital design, information studies, project management, marketing or similar - but we are very flexible and encourage everyone, regardless of educational background, to apply
- You are creative and thorough with a sense of order
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Take pride in getting things done – well and on time
